      And what's funny is that every rare sight that I've seen on my local UP lines this year has had photo opportunities ruined due to pesky autorack trains blocking my view for a decent shot! Yet, this autorack; however:

      Yeah, that's always the way. When, hypothetically, one sees a loco that is a common, run-of-the-mill job, nothing gets in one's line of sight. However, if one is to see something really special, everything seems to try to spite one.

      I guess this is why professionals use cameras that can shoot 6–10+ frames per second...

    Man, am I excited about tomorrow! I'll be going to my local Sun City Con to meet Peter Mayhew (the actor for Chewbacca) and Tom Kane (the voice of Yoda from The Clone Wars)!

    Do you remember months back of a video that I posted on Chat featuring a BNSF train streeet-running with an SD70ACe leading? Remember how surprised you were about how several roads in the US are like that? Well, guess who else (besides Canada) operates mainline freights through city streets!

      Oh, yeah! I forgot that AN doesn't exist anymore. AN had a green paint-scheme and a pretty cool logo. (Hasn't anybody told that group Australian National has closed down?) xD

      Yeah... technically AN no longer exists, yet they simply were purchased by the G&W and have repainted and re-rostered the majority of their units, rollingstock, and equipment!

    Hey, have you heard any news regarding a buried "Planet" steam locomotive which is supposedly buried under Atlantic Ave. in New York City? I read an article about it in Trains Magazine, and historians have been planning on excavating the abandoned subway tunnel which exists under the roadway!

    HenryDuckFan directid me here, so could you do two fauvors.

    1) I Was thinking the main could do with a spruce up with like company of the month and stuff. Would work well with a "top contributers award" as well.

    2) Can you add this to MedisWiki: common.css

      Ah, yes the boys have been having fun, haven't they? I used to watch Top Gear but it became more about stunts (like that) than about actually showcasing new cars so I gave it the flick. Do you watch it in the States? :)

      No, I've heard of it and have seen trailers and commercials for the series on Discovery, Travel, and (I think) Lifetime Network! The only show I pretty much watch on TV is The Clone Wars series! (And man, was the Season 5 finale very depressing!)
