Norfolk and Western No. 127 was a 4-8-2 K-2a class steam locomotive built by the Baldwin locomotive works in 1923 for the Norfolk and Western Railroad.

It was used for freight and Passenger service on the Norfolk and Western Railroad. No. 127 was retired in the late 1950's, and it was sold for scrap.


  • No. 127 is an example of a streamlined locomotive in the style of the N&W's J-class 4-8-4's.
