Union Pacific No. 3710 is a 4-6-6-4 Challenger type steam locomotive it was built by Alco in 1944 and it was owned by the Union Pacific Railroad.
It was used for freight service on the Union Pacific Railroad.
In 1959, No. 3710 was sent to Omaha, Nebraska to work at the various terminals in Bailey Yard serving as a snowplow along side with Union Pacific No. 844.
No. 3710 was scrapped later that same year in 1959 when it was retired.
On October 28, 1956 it helped a freight train as a pusher.
