West Side Flume & Lumber Co. No. 3 is a Heisler - 2 truck it was built in 1899 by the Stearns Manufacturing for the Hetch Hetchy Valley and Yosemite Railroad.

The locomotive was first used at the Hetch Hetchy Valley and Yosemite Railroad to use at the sawmill of West Side Flume and Lumber Company near Tuolumne City.

It was First named Thomas S. Bullock after the first general manager of the West Side Flume and Lumber Company.

The locomotive was then was renumbered #3.

Today the locomotive is restore and operational by the Roaring Camp & Big Trees Railroad in Felton, CA.

Trivia

When it operate at the Roaring Camp and Big Trees Railroad it was named "Tuolumne" and renumbered #2.

This engine was the last operating steam locomotive of the Old West Side Lumber Company.

When she was saved from the scrap heap and purchased in 1962 by the Roaring Camp for $7,000.

It is the last steam engine used in the commercial lumber business in Tuolumne, California, and it is the oldest operating Heisler in the world.
